Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@athletic-skins.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
1-Year Warranty Disclaimer
Scope of Warranty: Athletic Skins ("the Company") offers a 1-year warranty on all its activewear products, starting from the date of purchase, against manufacturing defects.

Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. The Company will either repair or replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
- Damages from normal wear and tear or aging.
- Products that have been modified or altered.
- Damage from exposure to chemicals, improper cleaning, or other external causes.
- Theft or loss of the product.

Proof of Purchase: To claim the warranty, the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be presented. Products without proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty services.

Limitation of Liability: The Company's total liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with details of the defect and proof of purchase. The Company reserves the right to determine whether the product's defect is covered by this warranty.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product for warranty service. The Company will cover the return shipping costs for products repaired or replaced under warranty.

Warranty Transfer: This warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the product.

Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction in which the product was purchased.
By purchasing a product from Athletic Skins, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
